Terms & Conditions

1. DISCOS UK LTD charge a booking fee in the region of 15% (included in the total fee), this is paid by the client in the form of a deposit.
2. Deposits should be paid to DISCOS UK LTD at the time of booking  by the client in order to secure the booking. The DJ will usually be paid the outstanding fee by the client upon arrival at the venue. It is the Clients responsibility to pay the DJ upon arrival as per contract.
3. In order to ensure that there are no non appearances or let downs, all verbal agreements are confirmed by the signing of a legally binding written contract. In the event of very short notice bookings, the written contract may be sent after the event for your records, alternatively a faxed copy may be sent,
4. All contracts are legal and binding between the client and the Dj, whilst every effort is made to ensure there will be no breach of contract by either party, DISCOS UK LTD will endeavour to assist either party if a breach of contract occurs.
5. If due to death, serious illness or urgent unforeseen circumstances a dj is unable to attend, DISCOS UK LTD will endeavour to replace the dj with one of at least the same quality.
6. The client and the artist agree that any future bookings (within 12 months) arising from any DISCOS UK LTD booking will be booked through our office, this includes bookings from any third party attending the booking.
7. Any agreement negotiated through this agency shall be subject to these terms and conditions unless agreed in writing by all concerned parties. In particular, any conflicting terms of business shall have no effect with respect to any such contracts. All contracts to which these conditions apply shall be Construed in accordance with English law.
8. No servant or agent of this agency has the power to vary these terms and conditions.
9. All djs on our rosta are self employed and are responsible for their own tax and national insurance contributions.
10. VAT will be applicable on booking fees charged by Discos UK Ltd
